CLIENT NEWS: Former South Florida Dairy Plant Could be Redeveloped

The shuttered McArthur Dairy plant near Opa-Locka could be redeveloped into a pair of warehouses. Miami-Dade County officials received pre-application on April 3 and a zoning application on April 5 for the 20.3-acre site at 3000 N.W. 123rd Street. Just north of the Gratigny Parkway, the property was developed as a dairy plant in 1993 but it’s been abandoned.
