Miami River Special Area Plan (SAP)

Our guidance and involvement will lead to an exciting new chapter on the Miami River.

Miami River Special Area Plan (SAP)

The firm represents Miami River Special Area Plan (SAP) in the due diligence, acquisition, stakeholder outreach, land use, zoning and permitting of the Miami River Special Area Plan, a 10-acre mixed use development bound on the north by the Miami River, on the south by SW 7th Street, on the east by SW 2nd Avenue Bridge, and on the west by Jose Marti Park in the urban core of the City of Miami.

The project will consist of five phases of development, which will include four 60-story towers, two three-story structures, and an active Riverwalk public promenade.

The property will feature commercial, office, residential, lodging, restaurants, entertainment and working waterfront uses that will transform the Miami River and Jose Marti Park into a destination.
