CGI Merchant scored four office leases for nearly 13,000 square feet in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.
Wrap Technologies, a global public safety tech and services firm based in Tempe, Arizona, took 4,500 square feet at 3480 Main Highway, according to a news release from the landlord’s broker. The other newly signed tenants were not disclosed and identified as two hedge funds and a private equity firm.

Led by Raoul Thomas, CGI is a real estate investment manager with a portfolio of $500 million of assets under management, according to its website. It is based at 3480 Main Highway.
