Jordan Eddy is the Director of Project Management at Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes, where he oversees project management initiatives that support the firm’s land use, zoning, and development practice. Working alongside attorneys, clients, consultants, and government agencies, Jordan helps guide complex projects through the development process, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and identifying opportunities to streamline approvals while advancing successful project outcomes.
Jordan’s passion for land use and development began at an early age through his interest in how the built environment shapes communities and quality of life. He is driven by the belief that thoughtful planning and intelligent development can create sustainable, vibrant places where people and businesses thrive. His work focuses on maximizing the potential of each project while navigating the development process efficiently and strategically.
Jordan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Master of Urban and Regional Planning, and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and brings a multidisciplinary perspective that combines legal, planning, and project management expertise.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan managed the pre-construction lifecycle for a wide range of public and private development projects throughout Florida and across the country. His experience includes securing land use approvals, zoning entitlements, environmental and building permits, and coordinating due diligence, design, financing, and permitting efforts for electric utility infrastructure, telecommunications facilities, renewable energy projects, and affordable housing developments. He has also performed land use and due diligence analyses for numerous development sites across multiple jurisdictions, helping clients identify opportunities and navigate complex regulatory requirements.
Jordan was inducted into Florida Blue Key, the University of Florida’s prestigious leadership honorary, in recognition of his leadership and service. He remains passionate about advancing innovative development solutions that strengthen communities and improve the built environment.
