David Butter is an associate attorney at Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes focusing on land use and zoning matters.
David graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University, double majoring in Political Science and Sociology. While at FSU, David was a campus finalist for the Harry S. Truman Scholarship and recognized as the Tallahassee Democrat Volunteer of the Year.
In 2020, David earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida International University (FIU) College of Law. As a Dean’s Scholar, David developed his writing skills as a Staff Writer on the FIU Law Review and as a Law Clerk in Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal. David is civically engaged as a board member of the Miami Country Day School Alumni Association and as a volunteer for Feeding South Florida.
