David Butter is an associate attorney at Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes focusing on land use and zoning matters, representing clients in all aspects of the development approval process, including pre-purchase site due diligence and zoning applications.
David graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University (FSU), double majoring in Political Science and Sociology. While at FSU, David was a campus finalist for the Harry S. Truman Scholarship and recognized as the Tallahassee Democrat Volunteer of the Year.
In 2020, David earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida International University (FIU) College of Law. As a Dean’s Scholar, David developed his writing skills as a member of the FIU Law Review and as a Law Clerk in Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal.
David is highly committed to his community. David serves as the Vice President of the Miami Country Day School Alumni Association, as a Trustee for the Purpose Built Families Foundation, as a member of the Finance Committee of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, and as a volunteer with Food Rescue Miami and Feeding South Florida.
