Gray is an associate at Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes. His practice covers land use and zoning matters throughout Miami-Dade County, with a concentration on development approvals, legislative advocacy, and regulatory
compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Gray served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami Beach, where he assisted with multiple matters across various areas of municipal law inclusive of policy legislation, code enforcement, transactional law, and land use. He also gained valuable experience in both state and federal court at a boutique civil litigation firm in Miami.
Gray is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he was also recruited as a quarterback for the Miami Hurricanes football team as an undergraduate. During law school, Gray had the privilege to work as a judicial intern for the Honorable Bronwyn C. Miller, during her tenure with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, and the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the Southern District of Florida. He also served as an editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review and as a volunteer for local nonprofit organizations.
Gray continues to stay active in the community and currently serves as an adjunct professor at a local university and volunteer football coach at a high school in Miami. He is also frequently involved with causes to benefit areas such as intellectual disability awareness, youth sports, and sustainable development of our cities. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family, distance running, and traveling.
