Hotel proposed on last vacant lot on South Beach’s Fifth Street

A five-story hotel has been proposed on the last remaining vacant lot on Fifth Street in South Beach. Fifth Street is the gateway to Miami Beach, as it leads to the MacArthur Causeway. Rental apartment building proposed on shore of Miami River

A developer is proposing to construct a rental building with 63 market-rate apartments on the south shore of the Miami River at 1515 NW South River Drive. Antonio P. Pardo of 1515 Miami River LLC is requesting land use and zoning changes on the property from the City of Miami.
