Some of the final architectural features of the 54-story Miami River apartment tower under construction in Brickell can now be seen, photos by Phillip Pessar show.
The tower stands at 645 feet – one of the tallest apartment buildings in the city, and the tallest that far west.
When complete, it will have 632 apartments, along with retail space and a riverfront promenade open to the public.
Multiple other towers are also planned in the complex, known as The River District.
Eventually, developer Chetrit Group plans to build 4 million square feet of new development on the property. It will include about 1,600 residences, Class A office space, and 30,000 square feet of retail.
