CLIENT NEWS: Construction Permit Submitted For 893-Unit Tower At Miami Worldcenter
October 11, 2023A construction permit application was submitted this morning for a massive apartment tower at Miami Worldcenter.
The new filing states that a 52-story tower is planned to be built, with the following specs:
- 893 multi-family (rental) units
- 17,188 square feet of retail
Coastal Construction is listed as the contractor.
WG 700 North Miami LLC, C/O The Witkoff Group, is listed as the contact.
The specs are similar to a June UDRB filing for the first phase of a project at the former Miami Arena site. Eventually, the project is planned to have three phases totaling 2,346 dwelling units, 30,535 square feet commercial, and 2,078 parking spaces. The three towers are proposed to range in height from 52 to 54 stories.
The permit filing this morning lists the address and folio number for the Lalezarian Miami World Tower 2 and 3 site. That project was submitted this month to the UDRB with different specs.
