Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.
Brokers closed 157 condo sales totaling $136.9 million from April 27 to May 4. The previous week, brokers closed 109 condo sales totaling $106 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $871,712, lower than the $972,843 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $568 from $589, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $3 million to $7.3 million.
Unit 3701 at Five Park, at 500 Alton Road in Miami Beach, took the top spot with a $7.3 million closing. The sale closed at $2,291 per square foot after 147 days on market.
Cari Cascio and Pietro Belmonte with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Renee Hover with Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.
Unit 2404S at St. Regis Bal Harbour, at 9701 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, closed for the second highest amount, $7.2 million, or $2,398 per square foot after 186 days on market.
Dilyara Kudrinas with Soflo International Realty had the listing, and Ryan Mendell with Maxwell E Realty brought the buyer.
