FIRM NEWS: Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin + Tapanes is thrilled to have Kyle Spohn and Olivia Clausen on board as part of our 2025 Summer Clerkship Program.

Kyle Spohn is a rising 2L at the University of Miami School of Law, where he ranks in the top 17% of his class and serves on the Inter-American Law Review. He is a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and has earned multiple academic awards, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Communication & Research I. Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, cum laude, from the University of Florida, with minors in Communication Studies and Spanish. His experience includes working with the Miami Law Center for Ethics and Public Service and the People’s Economic and Environmental Resiliency Group, where he focused on legal research and advocacy in areas such as environmental justice and sustainable community development.

Olivia Clausen is also a rising 2L at the University of Miami School of Law and currently serves as a Junior Staff Editor for the International and Comparative Law Review. She is Treasurer and Public Interest Liaison for the Environmental Law Society. Olivia earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics, magna cum laude, from Northeastern University, with a minor in Environmental Studies. Her professional background includes impactful work at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Solve, the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, and the Miami-Dade County Office of Resilience.

We are excited to have Kyle and Olivia on board and look forward to their contributions this summer!
