May 27, 2015

(MIAMI) May 27, 2015 – Bercow Radell & Fernandez is pleased to announce that for the third consecutive year it has been recognized in the 2015 Directory of Chambers USA, one of the oldest and most prestigious legal guides in the world.

The boutique Miami firm was ranked in Band 1 in the area of Real Estate: Zoning/Land use Law – Florida, the highest recognition given by Chambers. Only six other firms in Florida placed at the top in this specialty area.

In addition, firm co-founder and managing partner, Jeffrey Bercow, was also ranked in the top tier of his specialty, zoning and land use law.

Chambers USA annually ranks U.S. law firms and individual attorneys based on in-depth telephone interviews with law firm clients and other attorneys. For more than 20 years Chamber has published independent and objective research-based directories of the legal profession. Inclusion in the guide is based solely on the research team’s findings.

“We are sincerely honored to be included again this year in the Chambers USA Directory because it is a testament to the excellent, hard work the entire firm devotes each and every day to our clients,” Bercow said.

In singling out Bercow Radell & Fernandez, the 2015 edition of Chambers USA writes that the team is known as a “highly respected single-office boutique focusing on zoning and land use law. Clients include financial institutions, real estate development companies and retailers among others…zoning is their strength.

“Managing partner Jeffrey Bercow is held in high regard for his deep local expertise, with sources noting: ‘Miami-Dade County is huge and has tons of little municipalities – cutting through the labyrinth of relationships like he does is remarkable.’ ”
