Zuraika Orta

Zuraika holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer at Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes, where she contributes her 10+ years of experience as an office administrator. With a proven history of exceptional performance, she effectively leads and supervises the administrative responsibilities of the firm, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Zuraika manages the recruitment and supervising of legal staff, salary administration, yearly performance evaluations, implements the firm’s wellness programs, and oversees the firm’s finances.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Zuraika furthered her education with a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from FIU, where she distinguished herself by graduating at the top of her class.

Zuraika is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).
