A construction permit for an apartment tower at Miami Worldcenter has been updated.
The December 1 update is for the folio number and address. It now correctly lists the former Miami Arena site as the construction address.
According to the permit, a 52-story tower is planned to be built, with:
Coastal Construction is listed as the contractor.
As of this morning, the full construction plans haven’t been filed, so review is not yet underway.
According to a June UDRB filing, three towers are planned on the property in phases, with a combined 2,346 residential units, 30,535 square feet commercial, and 2,078 parking spaces. The towers will range in height from 52 to 53 stories.
