Carli is a firm partner with experience in land use and zoning law. Her practice covers due diligence, land use and zoning approvals, site planning, concurrency, and vested rights.
She earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, with a certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law. She completed both graduate and undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, earning a Master’s Degree in Environmental Studies, with a concentration in Geology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, with a concentration in Biology and minors in Psychology and Organizational and Environmental Management. As a native of Surfside, Carli formerly served on the Town of Surfside’s Planning and Zoning Board.
Carli is highly knowledgeable in handling each stage of the development process, including pre-purchase due diligence and providing guidance on property rights, entitlement summaries and issuing opinions letters, securing development approvals and modifications, development impact and impact fee issues, assistance in obtaining permits for construction, and regulatory compliance after a new development project is finalized. Her efficiency and commitment towards clients and projects have made her an integral part of the firm.
