Michael Yanopoulos is an associate attorney ay Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes with a passion for real estate development and community enhancement. Throughout his career, Michael has been fascinated by the complexities of the real estate development process, particularly the due diligence, design, and entitlement phases that shape projects and enrich neighborhoods.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2017, where he gained a solid foundation in legal principles. He furthered his expertise by obtaining an LL.M in Real Property Development from the University of Miami the same year, honing his focus on real estate law and development. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University, Michael possesses a well-rounded understanding of business dynamics that complements his legal and real estate acumen.

In his profession, Michael has collaborated with some of the largest developers in South Florida, providing invaluable guidance on due diligence, design, land use, zoning approvals, and permit acquisition for both horizontal and vertical development projects. His dedication to detail and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in bringing clients’ visions to life and navigating the complex landscape of real estate development.

Beyond his every day work, Michael is actively involved in the community as a member of the Builders Association of South Florida. Through his participation, he seeks to contribute to the growth and vitality of the local community while fostering meaningful connections within the industry.
