Gaia, a globally renowned Greek-Mediterranean dining destination from Dubai, is set to debut its first U.S. location in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth community come summer 2025. GW Brickell LLC, managed by Jose Luis Galveas Loureiro, plans to build the 44-story, 454,761-square-foot hotel at 78 S.W. 10th Street. It acquired the 22,770-square-foot site for $26 million in 2015.
