Dolce&Gabbana and developer JDS unveiled new details and renderings yesterday of a 90-story supertall condo hotel they are planning at 888 Brickell. A pre-application was filed with Miami-Dade planners yesterday for a downtown Miami residential tower. The building is being proposed under the county’s Rapid Transit Zone zoning code.
