Braman Motors, led by billionaire Norman Braman, has filed plans for its property in Miami to facilitate both expansion of the dealership and potential residential development. Steve Patterson, president and CEO of a Related Group division, bought a waterfront Miami Beach teardown for $9.4 million. Records show Patterson bought the property at 5141 Pine Tree Drive from Christian Egidio Lamont. Darin Tansey and Lynna Weil of Douglas Elliman had the listing.
