Todd Glaser and the Posner Group paid $105 million for a waterfront estate in Miami Beach that Glaser plans to knock down and replace with a spec mansion asking $300 million. Developer Sonny Kahn, a founding partner at Miami-based Crescent Heights, and his wife Suzanne sold the 2.3-acre estate at 5940 North Bay Road.
