Plans have been filed with the county for a 29-story residential tower at the entrance to Brickell. The project appears to have been redesigned from an earlier proposal for the same lot. Miami’s UDRB review the project in April, when it was planned as a “meticulously designed” 24-story project. Aby Rosen wants to build a 104-story supertall with residential units and a hotel in downtown Miami, joining a group of developers who aim to reach new heights in the city.
