Todd Glaser and the Posner Group paid $105 million for a waterfront estate in Miami Beach that Glaser plans to knock down and replace with a spec mansion asking $300 million. Developer Sonny Kahn, a founding partner at Miami-based Crescent Heights, and his wife Suzanne sold the 2.3-acre estate at 5940 North Bay Road. The deal, in the works for about six months, closed on Monday, Glaser said. Glaser’s investor and partner, Jarrett and Sean Posner’s firm, financed the purchase.[...]

A site in the Little Haiti neighborhood of Miami could be redeveloped as self-storage. The city’s Urban Design Review Board will consider plans for the 24,513-square-foot site at 7140 N.E. Adrian Builders has proposed a second office building on Miller Road in the Sunset neighborhood of Miami-Dade County. Adrian Builders at Miller Road II, managed by Alvaro L. A developer wants to build a 12-story mixed-use project in the Coral Terrace neighborhood, just outside Coral Gables.
