The owner of the former Miami Arena site has signed an agreement with the county to supply utilities for a massive new project. According to the agreement, the project will include: 2,360 residential units 28,000 square feet of full service restaurant 12,500 square feet of retail The developers will receive a credit for a 16,500-seat sporting facility previously connected to the utilities system to reduce the new connection charge.
