North Development, the partnership between Ricardo Dunin’s Oak Capital and Juan Carlos Tassara’s Edifica, scored $220 million in financing for their planned Domus Brickell Center project. The planned 35-story, 579-unit tower at 1034 Southwest Second Avenue will be their second Domus-branded short-term rental-friendly condo project in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. Lionstone Group, Flag Luxury Group and Ben-Josef Group scored a $61.2 million predevelopment loan for their planned Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach project, The Real Deal has learned. The La Gorce Country Club has submitted an application to the Miami Beach Design Review Board to construct a new 74,000-square-foot clubhouse at its property at 5685 Alton Road.
