BERCOW RADELL & FERNANDEZ CELEBRATES 20TH ANNIVERSARY WITH ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW NAME

(MIAMI) Nov. 15, 2016 — Twenty years ago attorneys Jeffrey Bercow, Michael Radell and Ben Fernandez left a large Miami practice to set up shop specializing in land use, zoning and environmental law. Their timing couldn’t have been any better.

Today, with 14 attorneys, Bercow Radell & Fernandez is one of Miami-Dade County’s go-to boutique firm for real estate developers, property owners and government entities seeking legal advice.

The firm celebrated its 20th anniversary Nov. 14 at award-winning Chef Cindy Hutson’s restaurant, Zest. Clients, friends and family joined the 23-member office to toast the occasion.

During the celebration, Bercow announced that the name of long-time shareholder, Michael Larkin, is being added to the firm name, to become Bercow Radell Fernandez & Larkin.

The firm has been instrumental in paving the way for the many properties that make Miami an exciting place to live, work and play, from new stores and hotels on Miami Beach to new mixed-use developments on the Miami River, in Coconut Grove, in Cutler Bay and in Hialeah.

“Never in my wildest imagination did I think the firm would grow to the size it is today,” managing partner Jeffrey Bercow said. “It’s been an exciting 20 years, and I know the next 20 years will be just as wonderful.”
