Firm Names New Partner

(MIAMI) January 7, 2016 – Bercow Radell & Fernandez, consistently ranked among the region’s top firms in zoning, land use and environmental law, is pleased to announce that Monika H. Entin has been promoted to Partner.

Entin’s practice covers land use and zoning matters throughout Miami-Dade County, with a primary concentration in Miami Beach.  Her main areas of focus include representing developers and individual landowners with developmental approvals, permitting and administrative appeals.

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Entin practiced land use, governmental relations and municipal law at another local firm, where she secured governmental approvals for residential and commercial clients. In addition to representing private sector clients, she also served as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of North Bay Village.  In that position, she served as counsel to the Zoning Board, providing legal counsel, drafting ordinances, and assisting in the development code and administrative procedures.

Entin is a graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, where she served as the Vice President of the Jewish Law Student Association, Clerk of Phi Alpha Delta and Coordinator of the Law Related Education Initiative. She is a member of the Miami Beach Bar Association and the National Association of Professional Women.
