Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes is proud to share that Michael Yanopoulos and Peter D. Shoemaker have joined the firm as Associates.

Michael Yanopoulos specializes in real estate development, with expertise in due diligence, design, and entitlements. With a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law and an LL.M in Real Property Development from the University of Miami, Michael’s background in law and business administration enriches his practice. He actively contributes to the industry as an active member of the Builders Association of South Florida.

Peter Shoemaker specializes in civil and appellate litigation as well as code compliance proceedings in addition to land use, zoning, and environmental matters. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado and a Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Miami Law, Peter brings a unique blend of intellectual rigor and practical insight to the team. Outside his legal pursuits, he volunteers as the Defensive Coordinator for the University of Miami Lacrosse Team, showcasing his leadership and collaboration skills.
