Developers propose 104-unit townhome project
The Centerra Townhomes project has been proposed in Miami-Dade County’s Perrine neighborhood.
The county received the application for the 104-unit project at 18000 S.W. 107th Ave. on June 6. Centerra Associations, a joint venture between Hollywood-based firms Cornerstone Group Development and M3 Developer Group, have the vacant property under contract.
Centerra Townhomes would have 104 units in Miami-Dade County’s Perrine neighborhood.
The 11.25-acre site was seized in foreclosure in 2013. The current owner is Floridavest Ventures, owned by Alina D. Garcia and Frank Santana.
Centerra Townhomes would have 15 buildings with units of two to three bedrooms. Amenities would include a clubhouse, pool, and playground.
Miami attorney Graham Penn, who represents the application, couldn’t immediately be reached for comment. The project was designed by Richard Jones Architecture. – Brian Bandell
