Holiday Inn proposed near Miami International Mall

A Holiday Inn Express Hotel has been proposed at the Miami International Mall in Doral. On Jan. 17, the city council will consider an application for a five-story hotel at 1691 N.W. 107th Ave. The 45,149-square-foot triangle-shaped site currently has a 19,626-square-foot office building from 1986. Hotel proposed on last vacant lot on South Beach’s Fifth Street

A five-story hotel has been proposed on the last remaining vacant lot on Fifth Street in South Beach. Fifth Street is the gateway to Miami Beach, as it leads to the MacArthur Causeway.
