Hotel proposed in Brickell area   A Brazilian developer wants to build the Galwn Hotel in the Brickell area. GW Brickell LLC, managed by Jose Luis Galveas Loureiro, plans to build the 44-story, 454,761-square-foot hotel at 78 S.W. 10th Street. It acquired the 22,770-square-foot site for $26 million in 2015.
