Acre won approval for an apartment complex adjacent to a 48-acre waterfront park in Miami, agreeing to create public parking and offering a $1 million mitigation payment to the office of a Miami City Commission member. Clearwater-based Boos Development Group will seek approval of its site plan before the town council on July 20. The county received the application for the 104-unit project at 18000 S.W. 107th Ave. on June 6.
