Todd Glaser and the Posner Group paid $105 million for a waterfront estate in Miami Beach that Glaser plans to knock down and replace with a spec mansion asking $300 million. Developer Sonny Kahn, a founding partner at Miami-based Crescent Heights, and his wife Suzanne sold the 2.3-acre estate at 5940 North Bay Road. The deal, in the works for about six months, closed on Monday, Glaser said. Glaser’s investor and partner, Jarrett and Sean Posner’s firm, financed the purchase.[...]
