European hotel chain CitizenM is expanding in Miami-Dade. The Netherlands-based hospitality company announced it is opening its third Miami hotel, this one in South Beach next year. The Gindi Family’s ASG Equities sold a retail building in the Miami Design District for $22 million. Alo Yoga, the property’s current tenant, acquired the nearly 5,000-square-foot single-story store at 101 Northeast 40th Street, according to records and Vizzda. A developer has filed plans with Miami Beach’s Design Review Board to build a large new Whole Foods market in South Beach.
