Stern’s JDS Development Group paid $61.2 million for the half-acre site at 888 Brickell Avenue, where the firm plans a Dolce & Gabbana-branded condo-hotel tower, property records show. A Hialeah property that formerly house greyhound kennels and racing would be developed into high-density apartments under a proposal by developer Jeffrey Soffer. North Miami Beach approves Bizzi & Partners’ mixed-use tower

Bizzi & Partners Development scored approval for a mixed-use tower along 163rd Street in North Miami Beach.
