A Hialeah property that formerly house greyhound kennels and racing would be developed into high-density apartments under a proposal by developer Jeffrey Soffer. North Miami Beach approves Bizzi & Partners’ mixed-use tower

Bizzi & Partners Development scored approval for a mixed-use tower along 163rd Street in North Miami Beach.
